Typically, after your selections are made from the proof gallery, you can expect to receive the edited photos within 5-10 business days after the photoshoot.

How long does a typical Airbnb photo session last?

The duration of a photo session varies depending on the scope of the project. Sessions typically range from 2-4 hrs depending on the size of the home & features to be highlighted.

Who owns the images?

The copyright of the photos remains with the photographer. Upon purchase of the images, you will own a license for the photos as outlined in our agreement to market your property.

What are your rates for Airbnb Photography?

Rates can vary based on the size of the property, number of photos needed, and additional services requested. Packages start at $950+HST for a package up to 20 images. Consider that this investment will quickly pay off through increased bookings! Packages include standard retouching which means adjustments of sharpness, brightness, contrast, perspective corrections, minor debris removal. File culling & delivery gallery. Packages also include a package of usage rights to market your property. The fee also covers the cost of travel, the time spent during the shoot, and the expertise.

Can we incorporate models into my session?

When adding models to your session for lifestyle images, I recommend using friends or family as your models. This helps create a comfortable and authentic atmosphere during the shoot. It's important to note that incorporating models will require extra time during the session, and we can discuss adding this to your package to accommodate the extended duration. Feel free to reach out to discuss your preferences and any specific requirements you have for your session!

How do you ensure that the photos represent my property accurately?

I use professional equipment and techniques to capture high-quality images that showcase your property's true feeling or ambiance. I photograph most listings with lights off in natural light (using flash when necessary) to ensure that the feeling of the property is accurately represented.

If you would like to use the photos for marketing purposes beyond your vacation rental, we can absolutely discuss your needs! For example, if you were the interior designer or contractor of the property, and you would like to use the images on your website; we can create a tailored license agreement to accommodate your needs.
